- Liaise with ISD to revise and maintain Courseware (CW) products to meet stringent publishing milestones.
- Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, discussing them with clients and making necessary changes.
- Produce products in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Creative Suite, such as technical illustrations, charts, maps, collages, animations, photo editing, and other various digital editing techniques to clarify/enhance textual material and provide customer consultation.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and select style and size of type.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills in the support of creating and maintaining graphic libraries.
- Adhere to security safeguards and directives for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) courseware products.
- Professionally interact with peers, management, and military leadership, and render meetings into meaningful documentation for deployment of Instructor Led Courseware.
- Exhibit skills for building and maintaining customer relationships. Have an enterprising spirit and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine/Graphic Arts and or Programming with a minimum of 5 years of experience of graphic design and eLearning Development
- Confirm expertise in Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, Photoshop CS6 Extended, and Illustrator CS6.
- Have a working knowledge and experience within a SharePoint, VPN, SFTP environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Demonstrate proficiency with HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS;
- Have a thorough understanding of Learning Management Systems to include Shareable Content Objective Reference Model (SCORM)conformance and Articulate Storyline Interactive Courseware.
- If required be able to obtain and hold a SECRET clearance.
