What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the creative process by contributing ideas, feedback, and execution of graphic design projects
- Assist in creating visuals for digital and print advertising, social media, marketing materials, and more
- Work closely with Senior Designers to provide creative support on various projects
- Assist in refining brand visual identity elements, including logos, colors, typography, and visual aesthetics
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance skills in graphic design and related technologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment
- Knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic understanding of visual design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant internship or project experience
- A minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
