- Design and produce digital ads, marketing collateral, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and other brand assets in line with company guidelines.
- Develop and edit videos and animations using Premiere and After Effects, with Motion experience as a plus.
- Create vector illustrations and static images to enhance brand storytelling.
- Ensure consistency across all materials by following brand guidelines and maintaining high design standards.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop visually engaging campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Experience in Motion is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print assets.
- Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics creation.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience designing for social media, paid advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.

Middle 50% Salary (per Salary.com): 65k-80k
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! This individual will play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects, with bonus points for expertise in Motion.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality assets across various digital and print platforms, including digital ads, marketing collateral, videos, infographics, static images, and vector graphics. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and storytelling to produce engaging and effective visual materials.
