      WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for the Global Closer to Market team (level: Designer 3). The person who fills this role will be a key player on our team – delivering design solutions across Men’s, Women’s and Kids categories. The primary focus will be placed on creating new graphics across a wide range of illustration styles and applying these graphics to footwear along with consideration of color, materialization and the opportunity for new creation.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who’s ready and willing to work in a team environment. They need to have the ability to create versatile graphic design solutions that are trend-right for a range of consumer segments. In this role they will be responsible for a portion of the team’s design work which fluctuates by season and need, executing multiple projects with organization, attention to detail and good time management.

      WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll be receiving and interpreting briefs, ideating on creative solutions that hit the brief, sharing your ideas via mood boards and CADs within collaborative environments, as well as working to make those solutions a reality through Illustrator documents, material exploration, and responsible costing.

Your typical day involves self-directed designing with check-ins as needed with various team members. Creative output ranges from ideating on multiple design solutions to creating technical specifications in our tech pack format for the Development Team to prepare for manufacturing. You are able to direct your own workflow and manage your workload with a proactive goal-oriented mindset, but you will always have support from your manager and teammates.

      WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be reporting to the Design Director of the Global Closer to Market Team, and working closely with the designers dedicated to that team. You will be working cross-functionally with the full team triad, made up of Product Merchants (responsible for the business, briefs and merchandizing the line) and the Development Team (responsible for creating technically sound and manufacturable footwear). We work as one team where everyone’s voice is respected, and we work together toward shared goals. We also get trend and creative direction from the Trend team and Creative Director, work with designers across other categories, and have several all-design events and milestones.
