      Graphic Designer, Enterprise

      About Product School:

Product School is the global leader in product training, with a thriving community of over two million professionals. We offer live, online certifications taught by Product Leaders from top Silicon Valley companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, and Amazon.

In addition to certifications, we host ProductCon, the world’s largest product management conference, and produce The Product Podcast, a leading podcast for product professionals.

Founded in 2014, Product School was bootstrapped for the first 7 years before raising $25 million from Leeds Illuminate. We are proud to be a profitable, fast-growing company shaping the future of education.

      The Role:

Product School is growing rapidly as more product teams are working and learning remotely. We’re setting a new bar for enterprise training quality and we know it won’t happen without a more robust team. We are ready to bring in a new visual designer that can build, and refine our enterprise training content and make it truly best-in-class.

      What you'll do:

      • Work with the best-in-class Subject Matter Experts to create effective, engaging learning experiences (training decks, handbooks, workshops and other training content).
      • Draw best practices from multiple disciplines including design, psychology and creative writing, as well as analyzing stakeholders’ feedback in order to continuously improve enterprise training content and presentation.
      • Implement training content on our Learning Management System and other tools.
      • Function as the brand ambassador for all enterprise PS artifacts both internally and client-facing.
        • Support Sales, Advisory and Consulting functions with presentations deck design.
        • Ensure good design practices and branding to all email workflows for all enterprise customers.
        • Create marketing collateral for web, social, presentations and more to support Enterprise marketing initiatives.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
      • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
      • Strong visual design skills utilizing best practices, and aligning with brand.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • High attention to detail.
      • High level of comfort with technology and various tools.
        • Google suite of products and Figma experience required.
        • Articulate rise experience is highly valued.
      • Willingness to work with members of a remote team in various time zones.
      • A passion for education.
      • Curiosity, humility, can-do attitude, and a desire to get your hands dirty in a startup environment.
      • Content design experience is highly preferred.

      The perks:

      • Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones
      • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in Spain
      • Company Team Offsites and Coworking - we believe that remote-first doesn’t mean remote-only
      • Free Product School Course Offerings - we offer a range of courses and certifications worth $15,000 that we readily encourage our employees to explore
      • Monthly Internet Reimbursement - we support our team, wherever they’re working from
      • Parental leave

We require that candidates be located in the country/countries specified. We are unable to hire outside of the country/countries specified or provide or take over sponsorship at this point in time. Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the listed country of hire without sponsorship.
