Job Title: Graphic Designer cum editor (Visual Storytelling & Social Media Creatives)

At Give Discover, we connect grantmakers and NGOs to drive social impact. Our platform hosts a vast number of NGOs with rich profiles and numerous verified nonprofits, enabling informed decision-making for CSR initiatives, foundations, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and individual donors.
About the role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum editor with 2-3 years of strong experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in creating engaging visual content - both static and videos (Reels and Gifs) for our platform and social media channels. Your work will focus on increasing audience engagement, and supporting our brand's growth through creative, visually compelling storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-impact visual content for social media platform and blog, including static graphics, reels, and GIFs
- Create visually appealing and informative social media creatives to boost engagement and awareness
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to craft compelling stories through visuals
- Brainstorm and execute new visual formats to keep content fresh and engaging
- Continuously optimize existing creative assets to align with current trends and performance goals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma
- Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of visual content creation for digital and social platforms
- Ability to brainstorm and create fresh, innovative visual formats for social media and NGO profiles
- Creative, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Prior experience working with NGOs or in the social sector is a plus but not mandatory
