- Develop engaging and effective visual content for social and display ads, landing pages, and other paid marketing materials including direct mail.
- Create assets using a mix of imagery, infographics, brand and text overlays, custom iconography, and multimedia where applicable.
- Develop assets with deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, consumer psychology, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and project objectives.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Update and/or modify existing marketing and sales materials ensuring adherence to all applicable brand guidelines.
- Incorporate the company's brand guidelines, aesthetics, and tone into designs.
- Utilize AI and other tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on paid media platform best practices and develop/publish content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Instagram ads.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and performance marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing best practices and A/B testing.
- Ability to create clear content from complex ideas.
- Strong written, communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work from a creative brief and generate new ideas.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary :
The Graphic Designer - Paid Media & Website Specialist will create compelling visual content for all digital marketing efforts including social and display ads, paid marketing landing pages, and other digital marketing materials. This is an important new role within our growing performance marketing team, which is instrumental in driving meaningful results through performance marketing. This role combines the creative and technical skills of a graphic designer with the strategic and analytical mindset of a performance marketer. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and drives meaningful results.

Work Schedule:
This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.
All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
Working Conditions:
This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
