What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
- Develop graphics for internal and external projects, including events and ad campaigns
- Stay updated on graphic design trends and techniques
- Create and update consumer-facing brand collateral, such as brochures and flyers
- Participate in strategic discussions about brand standards and ensure compliance in outsourced collateral

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in media arts, publication layout, and website design
- At least 5 years of B2B experience, preferably working with C-level executives
- Strong visual arts design skills with proficiency in Adobe CS software and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in clinical trials and CROs
- Familiarity with file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual settings
- Ability to learn new communications technology for media
- Creative mindset with a degree of latitude in design execution
