What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with Project Producer and clients to address creative technical challenges during production
- Develop creative proofs for clients and make recommendations within project scope
- Manage third-party vendors and update clients on project developments
- Identify potential project issues and collaborate with relevant parties for solutions
- Review creative elements for quality control before client distribution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software
- Strong graphic/typography and design instincts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

- Associate's degree preferred
- High energy and extremely organized, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
