What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement security policies and compliance frameworks for clients
- Execute the security awareness program and conduct training sessions
- Create and manage phishing campaigns and awareness initiatives
- Review and update security policies to align with business and regulatory standards
- Provide consultation in risk management and other GRC-specific areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the cybersecurity space, specifically as a GRC practitioner for Oil/Gas/Power clients
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
- Proven ability to interface effectively with client business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISSP/CISA certifications and experience in Cyber Audit within the Oil and Power industry
- Excellent collaboration skills to engage with global strategic programs and business leaders
