What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with consumers over the phone, providing crisis counseling and support
- Build rapport and engage clients in a compassionate manner
- Assess risk and document information during calls
- Provide necessary resources and information to callers
- Identify coping strategies and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD)
- Clinical practice emphasis from an accredited program (COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE)
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state requirements
- Reside in Greensboro, NC and hold a valid license (LCSW-A, LMFTA, LPCA, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCMHC)
- Ability to work in a distraction-free private office space

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in crisis counseling or behavioral health services
