      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Speak with consumers over the phone, providing crisis counseling and support
      - Build rapport and engage with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
      - Assess risk, manage documentation, and provide necessary resources or information
      - Identify safe coping mechanisms and develop safety plans
      - Provide emergency intervention when needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, PhD, M.A., or M.S.)
      - Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
      - Reside in North Carolina with one of the following licenses: LCSW-A, LMFTA, LPCA, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCMHC
      - Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and documentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or telephonic counseling
      - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and telehealth practices
