      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate member grievances and appeals by gathering supporting documentation from various sources
      - Communicate with members or providers to request and gather pertinent information
      - Track and monitor the movement of assigned cases to ensure compliance with designated timelines
      - Respond to requests for information from regulatory agencies within required timeframes
      - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all quality and regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - G.E.D./High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience
      - Minimum of 2 years in customer service and/or grievance and appeals in a healthcare setting
      - Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a professional customer service environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare benefit structures related to grievances and appeals
      - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
