GCSE English and maths at grades 4 – 9 or equivalent. If you do not hold the required GCSE grades, you’ll need to complete maths and English qualifications alongside your apprenticeship
Minimum of 112 UCAS points under the 2017 tariff point system (e.g. BBC at A Level or equivalent qualifications).
You should live a commutable distance from the location in this advert. Our work style is hybrid and you should expect to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
You’ll be aged at least 18 years old when the apprenticeship starts.
You’ll have left school in the last year.

Group Corporate Treasury acts as the bank’s bank, making sure that we support the business in being able to provide products and services to our customers. So what does that actually mean?
We manage the funding, capital and market risk working with teams within the Group and with other banks and investors. Put simply – we make sure we have the cash we need to support lending to customers and to make sure people can make the payments they need to.
As a Group Corporate Treasury School Leaver apprentice, you will gain expertise and the ability to create, verify and review accurate and timely financial information, meeting relevant ethical, professional and legal standards and accounting practices. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be stretched and challenged to develop your technical knowledge and skills and to apply what you learn in your day-to-day role.
Your apprenticeship will cover key areas such as:
We’ll support you in achieving the Level 4 and 7 apprenticeship qualifications, and you’ll end the scheme as a fully qualified accountant with a professional qualification (CIMA – Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). This will require a combined study time of around 5 years.
