What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and monitor Group Home Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in implementing Individual Prescriptive Plans (IPP) and related programming
- Assist in planning instructional activities to meet IPP goals alongside the QIDP and Group Home Manager
- Maintain and submit necessary documentation to ensure compliance with agency and state policies
- Supervise and monitor medical needs of clients, including appointments and medication administration
- Perform DSP duties as needed while assisting the Group Home Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with the developmentally disabled population
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate, implement, and troubleshoot technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in supervisory roles within a group home or similar setting
- Knowledge of ICF/MR Federal Regulations and Medicaid requirements
- Familiarity with behavior tracking and incident reporting
