- Play a leading role in the evolution of the Replenishment team with Merchandise Operations
- Develop and mentor a team of Replenishment Analysts
- Identify issues and risks related to achieving the financial Plan
- Document P&R processes to ensure the clarity and consistency of team execution. (consulting with cross functional partners where appropriate)
- Monitor the execution of P&R processes (includes steps/inputs in the process owned by cross functional partners).
- Prepare and share weekly management level status reporting
- Support key P&R roadmap initiative by actively participating in the development, testing, implementation, and evolution of initiatives
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities within Replenishment, and establish plan(s) as needed to Director or P&R
- Knowledge of a range of Order Management and Forecasting & Replenishment related work practices and principles, which require expertise within the discipline, underpinned by theoretical training and relevant practical experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated leadership ability
- University education, ideally in the field of Engineering, Commerce/Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Math, preferably in a retail environment
- Formal Order Management and Forecasting & Replenishment training and/or education an asset,
- Flexibility to travel to DCs, stores and vendors as required
- Ability to summarize data from multiple sources and succinctly communicate conclusions
- Excellent relationship building and experience building cross-functional partnerships
- Strong management skills required, specifically in delegation and prioritization
- Strong time management, ability to multi-task and manage operational issues effectively and under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in French an asset
