What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and recommend strategies to mitigate enterprise and operational risks impacting business performance
- Assess operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide oversight and recommendations based on Operational Risk Management and Retail Operations strategy
- Develop and implement standards, policies, and processes for managing operational risk exposures
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end functional programs to solve complex problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in risk management
- Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, policies, and operating frameworks
- Proficiency in analytical software tools and data analysis methods
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a risk management role
- Familiarity with MERLIN in the 1B space
- Experience with Tableau dashboards is beneficial
