      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - 2-4 years of proven and tracked sales experience
      - Ability to travel via commercial airlines and navigate unknown locations
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
      - Experience in managing relationships with internal and external customers

      - Experience supervising a team or sales assistants
      - Familiarity with the hospitality industry and conference sales
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and statistical data
      - Background in utilizing CRM software for sales tracking
