      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for group travel bookings
      - Qualify and close inbound leads for group travel through effective communication
      - Prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring all information is accurate and comprehensive
      - Negotiate terms with clients to ensure satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact during contract negotiations
      - Maintain clear communication with clients from initial inquiry through contract finalization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in group travel sales, with hotel and airline contracting experience preferred
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Strong negotiation skills with business clients and travel partners
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet-based systems
      - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
