- Receive, review, and negotiate hotel contracts and addendums from the Groups Team
- Verify contract details for accuracy, ensuring alignment with group manager entries
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies while identifying potential risks
- Analyze contract performance and booking trends, providing insightful reports to management
- Provide training and support to Travel Advisors on contract terms and booking procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing hotel contracts
- Strong negotiation skills and expertise in vendor relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze financial implications related to hotel contracts
