      Job Description

      A bit about this role:

      We’re looking for a Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. The growth marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi-million dollar advertising budget. We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism.

      Responsibilities would include:

      • Optimize a multi-million dollar advertising budget and drive ROI and growth goals across our digital marketing channels (including Facebook, Search, and Affiliate marketing)

      • Proactively create and execute a roadmap for prospect advertising campaigns, including audience identification, campaign creation, launch, measurement, and optimization

      • Manage relationships with external ad vendors such as Meta, Google, and others

      • Collaborate with Creative & Copy to produce beautiful marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand and generate successful results

      • Work cross functionally with creative, sales, analytics, and engineering to develop relevant marketing materials, test new concepts and messaging, and improve the prospective customer experience

      • Leverage Looker, Excel/Sheets, and/or SQL to analyze channel performance, deriving insights to inform immediate and long term decisions on your marketing campaigns

      • Communicate frequently with other marketing team members and have visibility with senior leaders

      Who you are & what you possess:

      • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or other analytical business settings such as Strategy Consulting, Finance, or Business Analytics.

      • Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and an interest in learning additional marketing channels and platforms.

      • Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels

      • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills; able to break ambiguous problems into smaller, manageable pieces and explain it to cross functional partners and senior stakeholders

      • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets; ability to generate actionable insights and solutions based on channel and company performance. Experience with Looker and/or SQL is a bonus but not required

      • Persistence in problem-solving; willing to “try things out” and iterate to find solutions

      • Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals

      • Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft and becoming better each day

      • Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, excellent communication

      Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 per year
