      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market
      - Optimize the use of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel
      - Source, screen, and close high-caliber candidates for various technical positions
      - Collaborate with client recruiting teams to enhance recruiting processes and implement scalable changes
      - Accurately track and report recruiting data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of full-lifecycle GTM recruiting experience, preferably in-house
      - Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with stakeholders
      - Data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management
      - Passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
      - Persistent curiosity and desire to learn continuously
