      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles
      - Utilize various sourcing tools and social media platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
      - Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and target candidate profiles
      - Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and interest
      - Analyze sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health and conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of sales sourcing or recruiting experience
      - Experience recruiting and/or sourcing for account executives
      - Ability to thrive in a high-volume sourcing environment
      - Proficiency in using Greenhouse and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing targets
      - Experience with Boolean search techniques
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
      - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
