      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate GAP and EGAP subsidies for qualified caregivers and submit for appropriate approval
      - Review GAP/EGAP packets and assist caregivers in completing necessary forms
      - Respond to guardian inquiries and educate Social Service Specialists on GAP and EGAP resources
      - Complete GAP and EGAP agreements in the FamLink database
      - Monitor and support GAP and EGAP subsidy cases post-guardianship finalization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent education/experience in planning, administering, developing, or delivering social, financial, health, or chemical dependency treatment services programs totaling four years
      - One year of experience as a Social and Health Program Consultant 1 (SHPC1)
      - A Bachelor's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration, or a related field AND three years of professional experience in relevant services
      - A Master's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration, or a related field AND two years of professional experience in relevant services
      - Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong working knowledge and experience in guardianship and post-guardianship support concepts
      - Familiarity with ICWA, tribal MOUs, and the 7.01 Agreement
      - Experience using the statewide database, FamLink
      - Ability to effectively communicate and partner with community members and Tribes
      - Minimum of 12 months experience using Microsoft software: Word and Excel
