What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the voice of the employer through email, web chat, and phone calls, assisting guests with inquiries and issues
- Resolve grievances and deescalate situations through effective communication
- Handle ticket and reservation inquiries while demonstrating knowledge of booking policies and procedures
- Process credit card transactions for refunds or upgrades in the back-end reservations system
- Anticipate guest needs, provide information about stations and surrounding areas, and adapt communication styles as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest/customer service role, either in-person or in an inbound call center
- Excellent verbal and listening skills focused on superior guest satisfaction
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to type approximately 40 words per minute
- Basic math skills and sound judgment in independent decision-making
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
