What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in guest/customer service
- Excellent verbal and listening skills for superior guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to type approximately 40wpm
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Ability to work shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Previous experience in an inbound call center handling high volume contacts
- Basic math skills
