Role: Clean, sanitize and maintain all guestrooms up to JW Marriott Standards both on quality and in quantity, and to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS :
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
· Clean each assigned guestroom according to cleanliness standard.
· Changing the linen and making the bed properly.
· Cleaning bathroom including shower, shower door, walls, mirrors, Jacuzzi tub, toilet, sinks, faucets, counters, cabinets, shelves, floor, emptying the trash, cleaning trashcans.
· Properly replenish standard items/supplies in the bathrooms (towels, amenities, toilet paper).
· Dusting room furniture, pictures, artwork, mirrors, ac vents, drawers, etc.
· Check that all electronics are in a good and working condition: TV, clock radio, phone, remote control, hairdryer, iron, etc.
· Clean and replenish mini bar (coffee, sugar, cream, etc.)
· Vacuuming carpet, and check under bed, nightstands and behind drapes.
· Report any lost and found left in the rooms to Housekeeping Coordinator and follow the Lost and Found Procedures.
· Report any item that had been taken from the room like but not limited to iron, hair dryer, hair dryer bag, clock radio, coffee maker, keyboard, etc. to investigate and charge the guest if need it.
· Report any Refuse service, late check out, Do Not Disturb room to get a replacement room in order to complete the required number of credits.
· Report any maintenance issues like but not limited to light outs, doors not closing properly, water leaks, furniture broken, hangers, hair dryers, irons, remote control missing or broken, etc.
· Clean and restock cart and storage on assigned area.
· Follow the safety standards like; keeping the door close at all times, pulling and carrying techniques, chemical use, PPE Personal Protective Equipment.
· At the end of the shift each Associate is expected to complete the number of rooms assigned according with the housekeeping specifications.
· Provide Turn Down service when needed, or when required by guest or management.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. A casino environment typically allows smoking. When on the patio or balcony the temperature may be subject to the outside weather conditions.
