What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a professional tone on the phone and in writing
- Ability to effectively match guest interests with museum offerings
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and capacity counts
