- Handle 100-200 phone calls and 75-150 phone reservations per day
- Process 50-100 emails daily, providing timely and professional responses
- Sell over 3,000 memberships annually through the call center
- Manage over 5,000 school transactions via phone each year
- Assist guests in matching their interests to museum offerings and upsell additional services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for payment processing and transaction accuracy
