      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to Hyatt guests throughout the inbound reservation process
      - Meet specific sales goals and metrics, including sales conversion, upselling, and cross-selling
      - Work independently and multitask effectively (talk, type, search multiple screens) without impacting the guest experience
      - Communicate effectively and accurately in all guest interactions, enhancing the Hyatt brand
      - Participate actively in learning and training programs, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Computer/technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple programs and screens quickly and accurately
      - Adaptability to change and openness to feedback
      - Cognitive ability to learn and process new information and make appropriate decisions
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including professionalism, respect/empathy, social aptitude, friendly disposition, positive attitude, and patience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role in a hospitality-related industry
