What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing the Guidewire production backlog and elaboration of enhancements
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements to address production issues
- Provide guidance and recommendations to product teams based on best practices
- Document epics, features, and user stories in JIRA to ensure clarity and alignment
- Validate that testing of user stories meets required acceptance criteria

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gathering business requirements and resolving production issues
- Must have business analysis experience with Guidewire; candidates without this experience will not be considered
- Advanced knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and software development lifecycles
- Proficient knowledge of core insurance concepts and principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expert-level experience with the Guidewire platform
- Knowledge and experience in Guidewire InsureCloud for Canada
- Experience in the Canadian insurance property and casualty industry
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
