- You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s (A development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well)
- You live to serve! Helping others be their best, helps you feel your best
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
- You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do the work
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
- Customer service experience
- Management experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and strong work ethic

Job Summary:The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Gym Director reports directly to the owners of a specific The Little Gym location.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
