What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and process reservations and changes in itineraries
- Handle customer inquiries and manage resolution of issues

- Maintain a calm and effective communication style with customers and supervisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the call center schedule
- Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen
