      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) using FEMA's BCA Toolkit to evaluate proposed mitigation projects
      - Prepare detailed BCA reports that meet FEMA standards and address queries during application reviews
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quantifiable benefits of mitigation projects
      - Ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines while evaluating financial data and project scope
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews of BCAs to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in public administration, Emergency Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field
      - Proficiency in FEMA's Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) software and analytical tools
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial, technical, and risk data
      - Extensive knowledge of FEMA grant programs and compliance requirements
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Hazus and damage function scenarios
      - Experience conducting hazard vulnerability assessments
      - Knowledge of the Stafford Act and National Flood Insurance Act programs
      - Experience with FEMA GO, Grants Portal, and other grant management platforms
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in grant management
