      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the lifecycle of mitigation projects from pre-award review to award closeout, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all relevant parties
      - Draft and review project agreements, updating as necessary until final execution
      - Conduct technical reviews to evaluate the eligibility, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of grant applications
      - Submit completed project applications to FEMA for funding consideration
      - Monitor active projects for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including performing site inspections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering, construction fieldwork, or architectural practices
      - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and guidance
      - Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida's Panhandle (up to 50%)
