Head Custodial Position Opening

Any candidate recommended for hire will be asked to complete an expanded criminal history clearance at their cost (starting at $24.90).

Hours – 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday thru Friday but not limited to working days as needed
12-month position (260 days) Non-exempt, hourly employee.

Responsibilities:
1. Assigned area to clean daily.
2. Supervising & training of custodial staff.
3. Plan and oversee all mowing, trimming, snow removal, and ice
- Working on grounds mowing, string trimming, snow removal.
4. Evening building security.
5. Set-ups and clean-ups for school activities.
6. Inventory and ordering custodial supplies.
7. Planning custodial work for school breaks and during summer.
8. Monitoring time and attendance records of custodial staff.
9. Cleaning and maintenance of custodial equipment and carts.
10. Submit work orders on computer.
11. Must be available for after hour calls in case of an emergency & Overtime.
12. Helping with water testing

8. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
9. Ability to climb a ladder and work from a lift.

11. Ability to adapt to change.

Starting pay for TSC employee with no experience $19.85 per hour. Benefits schedule A.
