      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to strengthen client relationships
      - Serve as the primary executive liaison for major accounts, ensuring alignment between client goals and capabilities
      - Drive revenue growth and retention by identifying account expansion opportunities and ensuring renewals
      - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing account management team focused on customer-centric values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
      - 5+ years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry
      - Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment
      - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in using data to drive decisions and account strategies
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

      - Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with Fortune 500 companies in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions
