- Achieve target vehicle and service sales, marketing & PR targets and paid events and experiences targets across both Ryton and Essen.
- Be the voice of the customer inputting into Classic’s business strategy including current and future vehicle programmes.
- Identify, develop, manage and execute business opportunities to increase sales globally.
- Develop and execute PR and Marketing strategies including the JLR Classic website, global PR engagement and social media.
- Work with the core PR, Marketing and regional teams to engage in the promotion of Classic products and services.
- Oversee the management of warranty and recall actions related to Classic products.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
- Vehicle sales revenue and contribution - both Works Legends and JLR Classic restored / built programme cars.
- Service revenue and contribution.
- Paid events and experiences strategy, resulting in a positive contribution.
- Customer satisfaction and speed of issue resolution
- Volume of customer enquiries generated
- Commercial team eNPS score and participation

- Effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Comfortable in engaging directly with UHNWI and the media
- Experience of the classic car market
- Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred

Jaguar Land Rover Classic is the official source of authentic cars, expert services, genuine parts and unforgettable driving experiences for owners and enthusiasts of classic Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles worldwide.
Our team of highly skilled engineers and specialist teams are dedicated to creating and supplying outstanding vehicles, from our Reborn and Bespoke restorations (for both brands) to building exclusive Continuation cars, such as the Jaguar C-type and D-type. We also offer pre-owned Works Legends cars for sale, as well as vehicle health checks, servicing and maintenance for customers. We run exceptional exclusive experiences using our collection of Heritage Jaguars and Land Rovers, making dreams of our customers come true.
In addition to vehicles and servicing, Jaguar Land Rover Classic Parts provides genuine parts for owners, caring for vehicles that have been out of production for 10 years or more. We provide the highest level of service and deliver tens of thousands of Genuine Parts to thousands of customers across the world, directly from the home of Classic.
This role forms part of the Classic Leadership team and is accountable for the achievement of JLR Classic vehicle sales targets, Service, Marketing & PR and paid events and experiences.THE ROLE
