We have a fantastic opportunity for Credit Control Leaders in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
You'll oversee the credit function for Sedgwick UK, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. This role will focus on driving transformation change to reduce debt and improving our overall working capital position through credit control activities and driving process improvements.
The role will work closely with Finance, Operations and the wider corporate functions, including the UK Executive and Group Finance globally. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership, as you'll manage a team of 18 while driving process improvements.
You'll be at the heart of the business, collaborating with key clients and internal stakeholders to deliver against the UK financial targets. With a strong foundation in credit control/account receivable leadership and change management, you'll navigate complex challenges, including maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, while consistently looking for ways to improve process and increase automation.
