What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage dental and vision pricing, including group plans and individual options
- Provide managerial oversight of rate adequacy and compliance with state regulations
- Support product development by pricing new plans and options
- Analyze dental network analytics and competitive benchmarking to improve provider utilization and financials
- Lead a team of actuaries and non-actuaries, overseeing their work and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills to understand industry trends, competitors, and regulatory environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with various teams
- Leadership experience, managing a team of 8-10 professionals
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
