Strategic leader of North American operational data and reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement improvements in processes
Be a continuous improvement champion flexible with operational structure, personnel, process, and efficiency in North American operations to ensure efficiency and performance by the corporate objectives, strategy, and plans
Audit and make recommendations to ensure that all facilities are operated and maintained in line with Aggreko’s Global Service Centre Management Standards
Collaborate with various departments, including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to identify and implement lean solutions that improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met in every aspect of field operations
Evaluate and recommend projects/programs that provide opportunities for improvements in key measurement areas (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People) to achieve expected results. Manage multiple projects with dynamically shifting priorities and targets.
Ten years plus of experience leading and managing people in Operations to achieve revenue and profit growth.
Proven record in driving sustained performance improvements across key operational metrics and processes.
Experienced leading/managing multi-country and multi disciplined functions.
Strong collaborator across multiple countries, cultures, disciplines, and skill sets to drive performance and change.
Proven record of instilling and embedding a safety culture.
You will have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.

We are immediately hiring a Head of Field Operations - an individual who is the responsible leader of safety and operational performance, including all critical operational performance metrics associated with $900M+ in revenue and $900M+ in assets.
You will be a proactive strategic driver of operational performance across approximately forty locations and 900 technicians to ensure efficient delivery through resource effectiveness and high-quality delivery to our customers.
