- Lead the implementation of our benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall goals, including our health and wellbeing aspirations articulated in our purpose.
- Lead the global benefits team.
- Oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
- Stay current on benefits-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Lead negotiations with benefits providers to secure cost-effective benefit packages for employees.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure benefits programs are reflected in payroll and financial systems.
- Communicate effectively with employees about our benefits programs, providing information and support to help employees make informed decisions about their benefits.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to our benefits programs
- 10+ years of experience in HR benefits administration and management
- Knowledge of benefits laws, regulations, and best practices
- Fluent English
- Strategic mindset
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Our HR 2025 strategy is designed to support and ensure Givaudan's commitment to growth, with purpose.
We continue to design and monitor its employee benefit programmes globally to maintain its competitive positioning and also to control costs, while meeting the security needs of our employees.
You will be based in one of the following locations: Vernier, Kemptthal (Switzerland); Naarden (Netherlands); Ashford (United Kingdom); Budapest (Hungary); Argenteuil (France).
You will be reporting to Head of Global Rewards.
You will lead the development and administration of Givaudan's benefits programs aligned with our health and wellbeing aspirations, including: health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits. We are looking for someone who understands benefits design, strategy, compliance, and employee communications, and team leadership capabilities.
