Our team:
Join Sanofi Sweden as Head of Market Access & Public Affairs Sweden. In this role you will develop and maintain Sanofi image, reputation, and interests amongst key external stakeholders. You will Collaborate with key stakeholders on related topics on both national and regional market access, as well as ensure that reimbursement/price submissions to authorities are of high quality and submitted within given timelines.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare for, obtain and maintain reimbursement for new and established products, incorporating health economic tools into the local pricing negotiation process
• Be a spokesperson that proactively participate in external forums such as debates, panels and equal relevant arenas to put Sanofi on the map as a Life Science partner
• Build optimal market conditions for successful launches of new products
• Demonstrate clinical, economic and social value of our products to payers, decision makers and influencers
• Ensure implementation of the annual Market Access/Public Affairs Roadmap
• Secure adequate resource allocation according to the potential ROI of Sanofi’s portfolio in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
• Develop a dialogue with and influence on key national health authorities, regulators, health care decision makers and patient advocacy group
• Develop tools and processes to evaluate return on investment of Market Access activities
• Represent Sanofi Sweden internally (Nordics, North Europe, Global) and externally (LIF, national and regional bodies)
• People management with priorities setting and talent development
• Nordic/North Europe co-ordination/lead in project mode

About you

• University degree, preferably in Economics/Health Economics; alternatively, a science / pharmacy degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required for this role
• Multiple years of experience within the business is a plus
• You have experience working in the payer environment and understand their perspective
• You enjoy working in a complex, changing, multinational and matrix environment
• Think strategically, strong communication, analytical and writing skills
• If you have experience with pricing or tender business that’s and advantage, as well as experience with Swedish national authorities, e.g. TLV, Socialstyrelsen, Läkemedelsverket etc.
• Leadership experience & skills is an advantage
