Set the marketing Amazon strategy and crucially deliver against it – delivering brand growth
Deliver a brand and product experience on Amazon that helps enhance market share and revenue expansion
Develop global synergies to allow Jabra to scale digital execution across Amazon and beyond
Develop Jabra’s presence across the main Amazon platform and also the Amazon business platform
Ensure that all copy, visuals, and messaging produced and executed aligns with Jabra’s brand tone of voice and Amazon’s best practices
Track, report, and interpret performance data to refine marketing strategy and maximize ROI.
Demonstrate proficient analytical skills with experience leveraging data to optimize advertising spend and sales performance
Manger and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external Amazon teams, including sales leads, account managers and vendor representatives
Able to manage evolving priorities, with the ability to prioritize and perform professionally in a consistently evolving workplace
Ensure that product reviews are optimized, both through the Vine Program to gather early product reviews to build credibility and ongoing product reviews to ensure brand performance
Excecute review generation strategies impacting conversion rates, SEO ranking, and Buy Box performance.
Act as a bridge between marketing, sales and regions to ensure a collective understanding on the approach and perfromance
Lead and develop a team of skilled content managers, media buyers and channel marketers – building a single centre of excellence
Have prior experience working at Amazon (in a relevant marketing role) or managing Amazon marketing efforts for a brand
Have deep understanding of Amazon’s marketing ecosystem, including AMS, DSP (Demand-Side Platform), and Sponsored Ads
Experience in Amazon SEO, optimizing product listings, and leveraging A+ Content and Brand Stores to increase conversion
Knowledge of Amazon’s algorithm, ranking factors, and keyword optimization strategies
Have proficiency in tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or third-party e-commerce analytics platforms
Experience managing promotions, Lightning Deals, and Prime Day strategy execution
Have experience in managing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns to improve brand growth and revenue.
Experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies tailored to Amazon’s audience
Proficiency in analysing key e-commerce metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, and click-through rates (CTR)
Familiarity with programmatic advertising, retargeting, and cross-channel digital marketing strategies
Understanding of the enterprise audio category and market trends are beneficial but not essential
Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams
Willing to undertake occasional international travel, based on business need

As Head of Amazon Marketing you will join the Jabra Marketing Management Team and build a centre of excellence to facilitate our enterprise growth across key platforms such as Amazon and other key digital partners. You will develop and deliver the marketing strategy across Amazon and selected digital accounts. You will lead a global team responsible for ensuring that the Jabra representaton and perfromance on platforms such as Amazon is strong and delivers against the KPI’s and commercial goals. You will work closely with Brand, Content & Digital team to ensure relvant assets are produced, as well as the Amazon sales team to align and report on opportunties and results.
The team you will be part of
In this role you will build a ‘centre of excellence’ of Amazon marketing, bringing together existing skills in the marketing team in a centralized function for the first time. You will manage a mixture of content, media and channel specialists to ensure effective representation and performance on Amazon and other key identified focus digital accounts. Crucially, you’ll serve as the bridge between the marketing, sales and the Amazon business.
In this role you will join the marketing management team for the enterprise division, a team responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the whole division. This role will be reporting to the SVP Marketing.
