What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and lead a dynamic marketing team focused on driving D2C subscriptions and business growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with DISCO's objectives
- Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize conversions and provide insights to the Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing campaigns for diverse customer segments
- Lead partnership marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and market reach
- Manage external marketing and PR agencies to align communications with brand voice and strategic goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in digital marketing and SaaS environments
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management and development
- Music industry experience is a plus
