This role includes, but not limited to:

• Head of Network Monitoring is a manager for the unit, responsible for delivering expected results according to the defined IT Production targets, applying technology governance and vision

• Responsible for managing and controlling development, delivery, maintenance, and operations of OSS NW Monitoring (Fault Management)

• Position focuses to establish and mature an NW Service group to drive towards increased service orientation, harmonization, simplification, consolidation, and satisfaction, of both IT Services and related business processes

• Driving consolidation of tools across the Telia company is key to achieve efficiency and future evolution of this area

• Accountable for the LCM of the applications in scope securing sunset of legacy applications and evolution of the target systems in strong cooperation with the Architecture team, the business stakeholders, and the system vendors

• Negotiates, agrees, and maintains SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts with the Business and third-party support organizations

• Cooperation with business to Identify and understand requirements so those can be translated into developments

• Acting as ISO and managing the budget for the IT services

• Secure capabilities for IT services that enable fault management and alarm handling for Event Management process. This includes alarm automation and correlation in order to deliver value efficiently in the Service Assurance process

• Vendor management of unit IT-systems according to vendor and sourcing strategy

• Competence management according to long-term plans

Is this you?

Required Skills:

• Business and IT experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector

• Solid work experience from international environment

• Leadership experience as manager, scrum master, project manager or service manager

• Good understanding of Telecom network technologies

• Understanding largescale IT

• You are positive and open for new ideas and changes and can present them structured way to stakeholders

• Ability to manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity

• University degree (bachelor as minimum)

• You have excellent skills both in written and spoken English and Nordic or Baltic

Additional skills:

• Scaled Agile methodologies

• Deep knowledge of Service Assurance process
