      What you'll do

      You will drive the necessary behavioural, leadership, and cultural changes to enable the delivery of strategic outcomes through the transformation portfolio. Collaborating closely with the Business Transformation Team, you will develop and deliver a culture change roadmap that aligns with the identified cultural shifts required to achieve the business's ambitious strategy. Your role will involve establishing an enterprise-wide change management approach, providing support and coaching to programme leads, and ensuring the successful delivery and sustainability of enterprise and business-wide transformation outcomes.

      Additionally, you will work with the People Partnering Teams to enhance their change management capabilities, influence senior leaders to adopt the culture change roadmap, and own initiatives that drive cultural shifts. Overall, you will play a critical role in enhancing leadership capability, driving behavioural change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transformation within the organisation.

      Who you are

      You are a highly experienced and strategic leader in change management and culture transformation. With a proven track record at a senior level, you possess the expertise and knowledge to drive behavioural, leadership, and cultural changes necessary for the successful delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes. Your exceptional influencing skills at all levels in an organisation, coupled with your ability to develop change management skills in others, enable you to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. With extensive experience in delivering business-wide culture change in large organisations, you are resilient in the face of setbacks and take full accountability for resolving issues. Your ability to inspire and engage others, build strong relationships, and influence agendas make you an influential force in driving the required shifts to deliver the company's ambitious strategy.
