- Professionalize organisation development (OD), design and change management methodology and strategize the capability building journey in the company so as to support the many transformation agendas taking place across the business
- Adopt a future-oriented, diagnostic/ data-driven, human-centric and value-driven approach in developing OD and change solutions to actualize and optimize organisation intervention effectiveness in today’s world where ecosystem thinking and value contribution are playing a pivotal role in business transformation.
- Translate organisation design and change management practices into policy, governance model for structured deployment and incorporation into day-to-day organisation practices
- Overall, develop and implement innovative organisational development solutions that address systemic challenges, enable long-term impact, and accelerate agility, adaptability, and scalability of the organisation, while promoting an engaging and meaningful employee experience

We are looking for an exceptional Organisation Design and Change Management expert to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative organizational design solutions, methodology and capabilities that support business transformations, ensure meaningful and sustainable changes, and enable organisation readiness for the future. You will be leading the center of excellence for organisation design and change management practices as well as to partner actively with strategic stakeholders from the business and HR teams on achieving the mission of constantly optimizing agility, adaptability and scalability of the organisation while promoting positive employee experience in business transformation strategies and projects.
