Role Purpose

This is key role in JLL which aims at helping our Netherlands as well as International Corporate and Investor/Landlord c lients reach their ambitions by creat ing valuable, sustainable places , buildings and cities for people, communities and society.

This role aims at delivering our mission in your geographical scope: we push boundaries to transform assets and landscape from the smallest space to the most complex and iconic scheme. As a trusted partner, we build value into every detail driving down project costs, increasing operational efficiency and helping our clients achieve their highest ESG standards.

The successful candidate will directly report the Head of Project & Development Services France, Be Ne Lux , Nordics & Israel , and will support with his team multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business.

Responsibilities

Sales role

• Actively network, build and develop client relationships across all markets (Client segments: Corporate, Investors, Landlords and Asset classes : offices, mixed use, hotels, education etc.)

• Develop opportunities across all markets into proposals and sales

• Liaise with other JLL expertise and departments to build integrated multi- expertise approaches t o solve our client s complex problems ( Leasing a gency, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Consulting, Smart Building, Design&Build etc.)

• Lead bid responses on behalf of Project & Development services , confidently deliver client presentations / pitches

• Manage or supervise contract negotiation process until signature

Operational role

• Deliver key strategic Consult / Manage / Design / Build projects for clients ( local companies and large international companies) and ensure quality management for other projects

• Our key services/ products :

• Development advisory

• Building consultancy

• PMO

• Ma j or schemes (base build)

• Project & Cost Management for Investors/Landlord (base build)

• Project Management for Occupiers (fit-out)

• Net Zero Carbon asset strategies and projects

Managerial role

• B e accountable for Project & Development Services P&L profitability and growth

• Build and monitor objectives for team members

• Organise team staffing

• Actively participate to talent a cquisition

• Ensure rise in expertise and knowledge management

• Innovate in new methodologies and new tools

• Incarnate leader role towards other JLL departments

Thought leadership role

• Be an inspirational leader that influences internally and externally

• Represent Netherlands in JLL Project & Development Services community in EMEA and worldwide

• Participate to events, conferences, webinars etc.

Qualifications and experience

• An experience d Project Management leader or another relevant role

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Proven t rack record in deliver ing projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations

• Demonstrated experience in RE fit out / refurbishment / construction project management

• Impeccable organi s ational skills

• Capacity to evolve in a multi- e x pertise , international environment (f luent English is a must ).
