      About the role

      As our Head of Retail, you will:

      • Lead and manage retail execution and sales growth across the country through key third-party retail customers.

      • Oversee direct team and indirect teams, ensuring alignment with the retail strategy.

      • Develop and implement strategies to drive in-store excellence and selective distribution monitoring.

      • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute distribution, training, and demonstration strategies.

      • Analyze national sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify sales opportunities and challenges.

      • Develop and lead short and long-term initiatives to enhance retail presence and add value to partnerships.

      • Manage budget allocation and resource planning for the retail field sales function.

      • Lead by example as an active member of the Retail Sales Leadership Team, providing updates and aligning on critical decisions.

      • Set measurable targets, provide continuous feedback, and drive performance management approaches to foster a high-performing culture.

      • Stay adaptable and open-minded to change in the ever-evolving retail landscape.

      About you

      To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

      • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.

      • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

      • Advanced proficiency in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written.

      • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking to drive business outcomes.

      • Open-mindedness and adaptability to navigate complex retail challenges.

      • Financial acumen and experience in budget control and forecasting.

      • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

      • Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.

      • Ability to influence at a senior level and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

      • Willingness to travel and engage in overnight stays as required by the role.
